What services do you offer?

We offer clinical cleaning, commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, event cleaning, Airbnb/holiday let cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and deep clean/heavy duty cleaning. If none of these covers your requirements then please get in touch, we would be happy to accommodate you.

What are your office opening times?

Our office opening times are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm. Our cleans can happen any time, please get in touch in you have any special requests.

How do I know your cleaning staff are trustworthy, especially as they will be coming into my home?

Before taking on a new member of staff, Mobile Clean obtains two employer references and carries out a full DBS check. If the references are satisfactory, and the DBS check comes back clear, the new employee would then go through our rigorous training programme and only after completing that would they start working for clients. Initially, they would work under close supervision, only working alone once Mobile Clean managers are confident they are ready and fully competent to do so.

What area of the country do you cover?

We are based in Hereford and cover Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

Do you follow COVID-19 safe work practices?

Yes, we offer the highest standards of COVID-19 safe cleaning, in line with Government guidelines.

If I wanted you to clean my house on a weekly or fortnightly basis will the cleaning always take place on the same day and time each week and will I always get the same cleaner(s)?

Yes, it will always be on the same day at approximately the same time. We endeavour to use the same cleaners for each client, but there will be times that cover will be needed for holidays/illness etc.

Do you offer any other services such as ironing or house sitting?

Yes, we can offer these services to you, subject to the availability of staff. Please ask for more information.

If I wanted to change the frequency of my ongoing cleaning, what do I do?

Just give us a call, giving us plenty of notice before your next clean, and we can discuss your new requirements and quote you accordingly.
