Builders' Cleans
If you are a building company or property developer, we can work with you to help get your properties ready for purchasers and sales.
Our 3-stage cleaning service comprises of:
Stage 1 - Builders' Clean
All window and door tape is removed and the insides of windows, doors and frames are cleaned.
All rooms are cleared of debris.
Dust is removed from ceilings, walls and floors.
All bathroom and kitchen tiling and vitreous surfaces are washed down and dried.
All kitchen units and associated kitchen fittings are wiped and cleared of dust.
All woodwork is wiped down and cleared of dust, including stairs and balustrades.
All rooms are swept, hoovered and/or mopped.
Stage 2 - Pre-Clean
We will go back over everything with the same attention to detail as in our builders' clean.
All surfaces, woodwork, cupboards, windows, and doors are checked, ensuring they are clean and dust free.
All vitreous surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms are polished.
A final check is carried out to make sure no last-minute contractor debris has been left behind.
Stage 3 - Sparkle Clean
Every aspect of the property is checked for surface dust.
All areas are hoovered and polished to ensure the properties are sparkly clean and ready for handover.
